DAY 01

AYURVEDIC PUBLIC AWARENESS – HEALTH TALK PROGRAM

As part of the 10th Ayurveda Day celebrations, a public awareness health talk program was successfully organized on 10th September 2025 In Lecture hall of our college, M.P.A.M.C & H.
Ishwariganj bithoor Kanpur

The session was led by Dr. Sandeep Jain, Assistant Professor, Department of Panchakarma, who delivered an insightful talk on the topic “Importance of Dinacharya Implementation.” Dr. Jain emphasized the relevance of daily routine (Dinacharya) in maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being. He elaborated on key Ayurvedic practices such as waking up before sunrise, oral hygiene, Abhyanga (self-massage), regular exercise, and mindful eating.

The talk was well-received by attendees, who appreciated the practical guidance and scientific insights provided on integrating Dinacharya into modern lifestyles. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, where participants actively engaged with the speaker.

DAY 2

Walkathon for Ayurveda 
Date: 11th September 2025
Route: From Maharana Pratap Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital To Ishwarganj Ganj
Theme: “Ayurveda for People and Planet”

The run commenced from the college campus and concluded at Ishwarganj Ganj, drawing attention to the importance of physical activity, natural living, and community engagement in Ayurvedic principles.

15 dedicated teaching staff members

The “RUN for Ayurveda” served as both a health initiative and an outreach campaign. This event fostered unity, awareness, and enthusiasm among participants, as well as the local community, reinforcing the relevance of Ayurveda in modern-day health and sustainability.

DAY3
MEDICAL CAMP


An Ayurvedic Medical Camp was organized on 13 September at Pariyar, unnao venue. The camp aimed to promote awareness about Ayurvedic health practices and natural healing. A team of Ayurvedic Consultants Dr Manish and Dr Prashant Tiwari conducted free health checkups, including pulse diagnosis and prakriti analysis. Patients received personalized advice, herbal remedies, and lifestyle guidance based on their body constitution (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). The camp witnessed active participation from local residents.

DAY5
College Outreach

On September 16, 2025, an College outreach program was conducted for polytechnic Sakshi College students by Dr Dharmendra, to introduce them to our campus’s key facilities and departments. The visit began with a tour of the Herbal Garden, showcasing various medicinal plants and their uses. Students were then guided through all academic departments, providing insight into the integrated curriculum. This event fostered the inter-disciplinary learning among students.

Ayurvedic diet & Yoga for Student Wellness

A Student Wellness Program was conducted on September 17, 2025, focusing on Yoga and Ayurvedic Diet, led by Dr. Mamta Dwivedi. She emphasized the importance of daily yoga practice and balanced Ayurvedic nutrition for maintaining physical and mental health. Students actively participated in the session, gaining valuable insights into holistic wellness. The event also featured solo and group yoga performances, showcasing flexibility, balance, and coordination. Additionally, students presented group dance performances, blending cultural expression with fitness.

DAY 7
School Outreach Program

On September 18, 2025, a school outreach program was organized at our college campus for students of A.R. Jaipuriya School, Kanpur, led by Dr. Manish. The program aimed to introduce students to the science of Ayurveda and its relevance in modern health. Dr. Manish briefed them on various Ayurvedic subjects and their applications. Students were given a guided tour of the Ayurvedic hospital, including OPD and treatment units. The session concluded with a yoga demonstration and practice, promoting physical and mental well-being among young learners.

DAY 8
STUDENTS WELLNESS – MEDITATION PROGRAM

A student wellness meditation program was organized on 19th September 2025 by Dr. Amrutha Kulkarni, Assistant Professor, Nodal Officer, in collaboration with the Isha Foundation group.
The session included guided neck practices to relieve stress and tension, Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama to balance energy channels, and the 7-minute “Miracle of Mind” meditation for inner calm.
The program received an enthusiastic response, offering students practical tools to manage academic stress and improve concentration. It marked a significant step towards integrating holistic health practices into student life.

DAY 9
10th AYURVEDA DAY CELEBRATION WITH KANPUR DISTRICT MAJISTRATE

The 10th Ayurveda Day was celebrated on 23rd September 2025 with the esteemed District Magistrate of Kanpur.
The event began with the inauguration through Lord Dhanwantari Vandana. Second-year students set up informative stalls on herbal plants, while first-year students displayed handmade charts explaining Ayurvedic principles.
This was followed by a thought-provoking Ayurvedic case presentation by renowned Ayurvedic doctors from. Kanpur city.
The program concluded with the felicitation of all dignitaries. The celebration highlighted the relevance and richness of Ayurveda, promoting awareness among students and the community.

DAY 10
OUR INSTITUTE CELEBRATION ON 10th AYURVEDA DAY


On 24th September 2025, our institute celebrated the 10th Ayurveda Day with great enthusiasm, beginning with the inauguration of the event through a sacred Dhanwantari Pooja.
The celebration was graced by insightful speeches from our Principal, Director, and esteemed faculty members including Dr. Sumit and Dr. Manish, who highlighted the significance of Ayurveda in modern healthcare.
The speakers emphasized the importance of preserving ancient wisdom while integrating it with contemporary practices.
The event witnessed active participation from students and staff, reflecting their deep reverence for the Ayurvedic tradition.
The celebration culminated with a spiritually enriching Lord Dhanwantari Havan by Dr Preeti ( Asst. Prof. Sanskrit), invoking blessings for health and well-being for all. The event was a memorable tribute to the roots of Ayurveda.
