Anti-Ragging Awareness Week 2025
At Maharana Pratap Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Kanpur, we strongly believe in creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. As part of our commitment, we organized a series of events during National Anti-Ragging Week (12th–18th August 2025) to raise awareness and unite students against the menace of ragging.
Day 1: Awareness Program & Debate (12th August)
Students and faculty came together for an Anti-Ragging Awareness Program, featuring an informative session on laws and UGC regulations.

Debate competition on “Ragging: A Menace or a Misunderstood Tradition?”
Powerful arguments covering legal, emotional, and cultural aspects
Collective pledge for a ragging-free campus
Day 2: Slogan & Poster Presentation (13th August)
Creativity took center stage as students showcased impactful posters and slogans.
✨ Themes included:
Emotional and psychological harm caused by ragging
Legal consequences and disciplinary actions
Messages of friendship, unity, and anti-bullying
Day 3: Rangoli & Logo Designing (14th August)
Students expressed their anti-ragging message through vibrant rangoli art and innovative logo designs.

Rangolis symbolizing peace, unity, and friendship
Logos promoting dignity, respect, and inclusivity
Faculty praised the creative efforts and symbolic depth
Day 4: Awareness Rally & Selfie Booth (18th August)
The week concluded with an energetic Awareness Rally and a fun, engaging Selfie Booth.

Students and staff marched across campus with banners and slogans
A selfie booth with creative props captured the spirit of unity
Participation from BAMS, BDS, B.Pharm students, and faculty members
