The inauguration of Ayurgram 3.0 was successfully conducted on 8th July 2026 at the Seminar Hall, Maharana Pratap Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital. The programme commenced with the auspicious Deep Prajwalan (lamp-lighting ceremony) in the presence of the dignitaries, marking the beginning of the event with traditional reverence. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Anamika Das, whose efforts ensured the smooth execution of the inaugural session. The event was gracefully anchored and facilitated by the students, creating an engaging and well-organized atmosphere throughout the programme.
The gathering was warmly welcomed by Dr. Sumit Pandey, Academic Coordinator, who greeted the dignitaries, faculty members, and students and emphasized the significance of the Ayurgram 3.0 initiative. This was followed by inspiring addresses from the esteemed guests. Director Dr. Alok Mishra delivered an insightful talk on the merits and demerits of digital technology, highlighting the responsible use of mobile phones and digital platforms for achieving greater academic and professional success while maintaining discipline and balance in life.
The academic session continued with an enlightening lecture by Principal Prof. Dr. B. P. Patel, who elaborated on the concepts of Indriya Arogya and the importance of Indriya Sthana in Ayurveda. He explained the relevance of preserving sensory health and its role in maintaining overall physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, drawing references from classical Ayurvedic principles.
Further enriching the programme, Dr. Manish Singh, Medical Superintendent, presented the latest updates on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and modern technological advancements in healthcare and Ayurveda. He emphasized the growing role of AI in medical education, patient care, research, and healthcare management while encouraging students to embrace technological innovations responsibly.
As part of the programme, Ms. Tejaswani, a student of the 2024–25 batch, presented a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation on the Survey Briefing Report on Indriya Arogya conducted within the campus. Her presentation highlighted the survey methodology, observations, findings, and recommendations, creating awareness about sensory health among students and faculty members.
The inaugural programme concluded successfully with active participation from faculty members and students. The event served as an excellent platform for integrating the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda with contemporary technological advancements, inspiring the participants to adopt healthier lifestyles while utilizing modern technology judiciously. The programme marked a meaningful beginning to Ayurgram 3.0, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to promoting holistic health, academic excellence, and community well-being.
