A Sudarshan Kriya session was conducted at Maharana Pratap Ayurvedic Hospital with the objective of promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being among patients.
The program was organized by Dr Manish Singh ( medical superintendent) and Dr Swati Natiyal cordinated the event session with her guidance & expertise on Sudarshana Kriya. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members & staff.
A total of 45 patients actively participated in the program along with staffs of hospital.

The session introduced participants to Sudarshan Kriya, a rhythmic breathing technique known for its positive effects on stress management, emotional balance, and overall health. The participants were guided through breathing exercises and relaxation techniques under proper supervision.
