A Yuva Samvad (Youth Dialogue) programme was organized on 14 September 2026 at Maharana Pratap Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Ishwariganj, Baikunthpur, Kanpur, with the active participation of the students and faculty members of the institution.
The programme was initiated in association with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) with the objective of engaging the youth in meaningful dialogue on Sanatan Dharma, Indian cultural values, national consciousness, patriotism, and the responsibilities of young citizens.
The Chief Guest was warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr Alok Kumar Mishra, Director of the Institute, in the presence of Dr Manish Singh, Medical Superintendent. The programme was coordinated by Dr Prashant Tiwari.
The interactive session was addressed by Shri Akhand Pratap Singh, who spoke extensively on various aspects of Indian heritage and values. The discussion highlighted the importance of Sanatan Dharma and its ethical principles, along with the lives and contributions of great freedom fighters and national leaders such as Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Chandrashekhar Azad.
The students were also encouraged to understand the importance of respecting elders, valuing parents, and considering Mata-Pita as Guru-like figures in one’s life. The speaker emphasized that strong family values, discipline, respect, patriotism, responsibility, and moral conduct are essential for the overall development of youth and for building a responsible society.
The programme provided an opportunity for students to listen, interact, and reflect upon the cultural and moral values that contribute to personal development and national progress. Approximately 160 participants attended the programme with active interest and enthusiasm.
The programme concluded on a patriotic note with the singing of the National Anthem (Rashtra Gana).
Conclusion
The Yuva Samvad programme was a meaningful initiative aimed at inspiring the youth towards cultural awareness, moral values, respect for family and elders, patriotism, and responsible citizenship. The active participation of the students made the programme informative, interactive, and impactful.
